Practical Psychologist · Business Mentor

The mind is practical.
So am I.

I help people understand how their mind actually works — and use that understanding to change what matters: decisions, emotions, relationships, and business.

My Story

A curiosity that started at fourteen

At fourteen, I discovered that human behavior has structure — that emotions, habits, and decisions follow patterns you can actually study. That discovery never let me go. It grew from teenage fascination into formal education and a diploma in practical psychology.

“Practical” is the key word. I love a beautiful hypothesis as much as any researcher — but a hypothesis is only interesting to me if it survives contact with real life. Everything I bring into a session must work outside the session.

For two years I also worked as a business mentor, which taught me something most psychology textbooks skip: insight without implementation is just entertainment. My job is to make sure yours becomes neither.

My Approach

Five lenses, one practical method

No single school of psychology has all the answers. I work integratively — choosing the lens that fits your situation, not forcing your situation into my favorite theory.

01

Neuroscience

The brain sets the rules of the game. Understanding how stress, habit loops, and reward systems physically work turns vague “willpower problems” into solvable engineering problems.

02

NLP

Language shapes experience. NLP gives precise tools for reframing, modeling what already works, and changing unhelpful internal scripts — fast, and in plain words.

03

Cognitive Psychology

Thoughts drive feelings more often than we notice. We find the distortions and automatic beliefs running in the background — and test better ones, like scientists.

04

Emotionally Focused Approach

Emotions are not noise to suppress; they are data about needs. We learn to read them accurately, regulate them honestly, and use them in relationships instead of against them.

05

A Pinch of Quantum Psychology

Yes, the popular kind — held lightly and with honest skepticism. Sometimes a bold metaphor about possibility opens a door that pure logic keeps shut. I use it as a lens, never as physics.

Hypothesis → Practice

Every idea we work with becomes an experiment in your real life. If it doesn’t change anything by next session — we discard it and test the next one.

“I like hypotheses. But I have to be practical — an insight that doesn’t change your Tuesday is just a nice conversation.”

Where Psychology Meets Business

Two years as a business mentor

Before dedicating myself fully to psychology, I spent two years mentoring founders and teams — on product, sales, hiring, and attracting investment. It changed how I practice.

Business showed me what pressure does to a mind: the founder who can’t delegate, the leader who negotiates brilliantly with everyone except themselves, the burnout hiding behind “I’m just busy”. These aren’t business problems or psychology problems. They’re both at once — and they need someone fluent in both languages.

  • Decision-making under uncertainty and pressure
  • Burnout, procrastination, and the psychology of ambition
  • Confidence in negotiations, sales, and public speaking
  • Leading people without losing yourself
